Returns

Eligible within 5 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) required.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened skincare products (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards, downloadable products, promotional items.

Process

Contact support@YouAreGlowing.com with your order number.

Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Ship item back at your expense unless it was defective.

We inspect and notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Allow 7 business days for processing.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items. Contact us for instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you don’t see a refund, check with your bank or card provider. Contact us if issues persist.

Sale Items

Refunds are issued at the discounted price.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives defective or incorrect, notify us immediately with photos. We’ll resolve promptly at no cost to you.

International Orders

Return shipping costs and customs fees are your responsibility unless the error is ours.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny returns/refunds in cases of excessive, fraudulent, or abusive claims.
